A fledgling manga artist, Hiroshi Mochizuki, happens to be the president of the community association, but the former president, Mami Ichinose (Ayumi), supports him. However, every so often, Mami likes his innocent look and starts groping his meat rod as if he is impatient. Many of the original live-action episodes depicting the aftermath are also included!
